#Project365 2021 week 28

Day 192: not the result we wanted, but super proud of our England team
Day 193: two weeks left of primary school and Matthew’s bag broke!
Day 194: a cheesy tomato and spinach pasta lunch (vegan and gluten free of course)

Day 195: going to bed and it’s not quite dark, zzzzzz….
Day 196: I was so happy when World Book Day was during lockdown so didn’t have to worry about costumes. As a treat the junior school added a new one! Here we have Hermione at the ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and an historical figure from the Georgeous Georgians.
Day 197: Anya’s homework was to cook some Jewish recipes so we had bagels and potato latkes for tea
Day 198: getting ready for the heat by blowing up the paddling pool!

  1. Ugh! That is rubbish Matthew’s bag broke so close to the end of term. We’re hanging on in there with trousers that are too short and holes in shoes. lol
That pasta looks so tasty and what fab costumes the kids have.
I hope you’ve had fun in the paddling pool over the weekend x

  2. That’s typical having something that breaks. N’s school sunhat broke and we’re now struggling to get another one as the only supplier is only selling plain ones, and he refuses a legionnaire style one the school sell. So a bit stuck there. Love the costumes – our school did a later book day too.

  3. Oh I’m so glad that we missed World Book Day. Now that Belle’s 10 she’s so particular with fancy dress. Nothing but the absolute best will do! Typical that the school bag broke so close to the end of year. I need to buy a new paddling pool as ours never seen to make it past a year!

  4. Charlies bag was holding on by a thread, I am surprised it made it to the end of term. Love the dress up. Thankfully our school did not decide to do a WBD equivalent. Yay for paddling pools it was so lovely and warm that week.
