My very own website!!! Yikes!

#Project365 2022 week 10

Day 64: March is here so running is back! I took it easy with 2.25 miles and was a teensy bit proud of myself.
Day 65: a slightly weird feeling in the back of my nose and throat but I went out for another run! Feeling invincible and ready to face the week…

Day 66: not the news I wanted but cases are soaring at school, and despite testing negative on Sunday, it was a positive on Monday. Once I accepted I was ill, symptoms came on rapidly 🙁

Day 67: a day mostly in bed trying to breathe. I did enjoy a vegan hot chocolate and crisps (let’s not mention the vomiting symptom that plagued me all day…)

Day 68: Matthew made cherry scones at school (he did make more than this but I wasn’t quick enough with my camera! yum yum)

Day 69: feeling ever so slightly better and made it downstairs. I’ve been able to work on my crochet this week, a vast improvement on last week’s efforts!

Day 70: Zach was off school with a poorly tum and Chris feels ill but both testing negative. But the big issue is… do you call this card game Beggar My Neighbour or Get Your Neighbour Out of Doors?

  1. Hope you’re feeling better now. I’ve been reading about new variants this week ,and evidently they’re a combination of Omiscron and Delta. Hopefully cases will start to come down again quickly rather than shooting up high again.
Beggar my Neighbour here, although I can’t remember how to play it.

  2. Beggar my neighbour. Oh no I hope you all feel better and that no one else has come down with it. That crochet flower is brilliant and well done on the running. Cherry scones are one of my favourites.
