Home learning week 6

Week 6 was the trickiest yet as I had 3 virtual work meetings so couldn’t dedicate the time to the chidren that they need to stay focussed on learning. Although my attempt at a nap was thwarted too…

Project 6: the human body: eyeballs

This was inspired by the kids being interested about vision and how the eye sees objects upside down. We watched some videos from the BBC and some of the lesson on reflection from the Oak National Academy before finishing with a labelling and colouring exercise from Crayola.

  1. I think I said this before, but there will be a whole generation from all around the globe that will reminisce about the time they spent doing PE with Joe…#Globalblogging

  2. Goodness I’m exhausted just reading this. It must be very hard with school age children. My littlest just finished this year so missed taking their GCSE’s, but no home learning for us. #globalblogging

  3. I can’t even imagine being a parent who now has to homeschool their children as well as holding down a job of their own. Good job at being organized and too bad about that nap! 🙂

  4. You are pushing yourself very hard. Do remember that children learn whatever is going on around them. Make sure you take breaks for yourself in all this too. #GlobalBlogging
