We recently visited Wildmoor Nature Reserve near Crowthorne. It is quite close to our home and perfect for exploring with dogs and kids!
There are plenty of routes to walk but you can also trek through the woods away from the paths. The dogs enjoyed the sights and smells of the reserve while the kids clambered and climbed on falled trees. We found some geocaches although one defeated us 🙁
Visitors are warned about checking for tics after a visit as there is some long grass.
The woods are very peaceful and you might spot or hear some wildlife. Crowthorne and Sandhurst are both nearby in case you fancy a longer walk to a cafe.
