Day 1: Happy New Year! Anya tried her skates outside for the first time
Day 2: there was an awful lot of excitement over this double sweetcorn which looks like a bottom according to the kids. I think it looks more like boxing gloves…
Day 3: final walk of the Christmas holiday and all of the birds were out and about (jays, robins, egrets, swans, herons, geese, ducks including this new pair)
Day 4: I was back to work and grateful that my Mum made me lunch!
Day 5: kids back to school but I don’t think Zach was keen to wake up
Day 6: brrrr soooo cold! It got to -5 overnight apparently
Day 7: our school has been learning about Indian arts this week. Zach had his face painted, I painted this plate and we’ve both been dancing Indian-sytle.
