Pull My Finger is absolutely hilarious. All 5 of us laughed like drains at the farting action of this purple monkey.
The bottom is surprisingly soft, made of silicone or rubber and reminds me of a baby’s bum! The game also come with a spare: this is brilliant and shows the manufacturors know you will not be able to stop playing and it might wear out!
The instructions are soooo easy: use the spinner to determine how many times to pull the monkey’s finger. The bottom inflates with each pull and then the monkey will randomly fart and the bottom deflates. The player that cause the ‘fart’ is eliminated until only one person is left and therefore the winner.
Matthew was devastated to be out first even though it is a game of chance and not skill. Zach was out next and Anya was declared the winner.
I must admit that we did all spend a long time just making the monkey fart. This time Matthew did win because he pulled the finger an amazing 40 times befiore the deflation. My worst was just 19 so it really is random luck!
Just look at Zach’s reaction! We all reacted the same way!
We have not stopped playing this! It is the first thing the kids ask for in the morning and I try to dissuade them from playing before bed as they get so excitable!
The game is aimed at players aged over 4 and I think this is accurate as Zach had a little trouble pulling the finger fully out whilst also holding the base securely.
