Day 331: remembering my childhood by introducng Anya to classic card games

Day 332: it has been so glum and grey with relentless rain recently but finally the sun has broken through

Day 333: the annual community Christmas tree lighting and the kids were filled with wonder when the surprise firework was lit at the end

Day 334: I had a little clear out and tried to sell some bits and bobs at the preschool Christmas fair

  1. Some very joyful photos this week! I used to love playing clock patience as a child. I don’t suppose my kids have ever played!
What are the crispy slices made of? I’ve been vegetarian for nearly 30 years, but have never cooked tofu at home. I think I eat Quorn mince about four times a week though!

  2. hope you managed to sell a few bits, money comes in handy at this time of the year. If you have any new items that have not sold you could always hand them in to the salvation army or similar.
He certainly dies look excited at the fireworks

  3. Zach definitely deserves that prize. I remember playing in weird ways similar to Matthew. There’s a strange sense of comfort in behaving that way. What card game is that? The look of surprise on their face is iconic!
