My very own website!!! Yikes!

#Project365 2021 week 31

Day 213: Anya can’t resist the Squish! My Squishy Little Dumplings are cute interactive characters that we were sent to review.

Day 214: a day out! We headed to the Steam Museum in Swindon and our favourite bit was looking around and under Caerphilly Castle.

Day 215: I’ve finally felt the cooking bug again and made a cheese sauce for a macaroni cheese and this cauliflower and broccoli cheese.

Day 216: cousins reunited! Lots of fun together and we did separate boy and girl sleepovers for the first time.

Day 217: a sad day. We said our final goodbye to Ollie, two weeks before his 16th birthday. This is a photo of him from last year as the recent pics make it clear how ill he was. I feel so privileged to have known and loved him and am totally heartbroken…

Day 218: Zach has been obsessively watching Mario videos on YouTube so we surprised him with a new Switch game

Day 219: my latest endeavour is learning Italian via Duolingo after seeing a friend had used it for a different language. It is quite addictive!

  1. The Squishy Little Dumplings are very cute indeed. I can see why Anya likes them so much.
It sounds like your kids have been having fun with their cousins.
I am so sorry about Ollie. Sending love and hugs.
Good luck with the Italian. x

  2. So sorry to hear about Ollie. 16 is a good age for a collie, we lost our old one a couple of years ago, and they do leave a big hole. It’s great the children have been able to get together and do sleepovers with their cousins.

  3. Oh I’m so sorry to hear about Ollie. It really tugs at my heart strings a fellow fur-mum. I know our dog would leave a huge hole in our family. Its lovely that the cousins have all been back together. We all met up last weekend and it was so nice that our kids could all play together again 🙂

  4. I am sorry about Ollie, I hope you are all okay. My mum lost her dog recently and it really affected my eldest. Lovely that they got to see their cousins and the sleepovers sound like a lot of fun. Hope you are all enjoying your Summer holidays
