Day 199: setting up the pool ready for some HOT HOT HOT weather!
Day 200: Anya watering the garden in her own unique style
Day 201: the grass everywhere is soooooo dry!
Day 202: temperature was nearly 40 degrees so an hour chilling in the pool after work was a little bit of perfection
Day 203: impressive tan line!
Day 204: final day of the school year and I was overwhelmed with the generosity of the parents and children and staff. Absolutely stunning bouquet was just one of the gifts I was fortunate enough to receive
Day 205: start of the summer holiday with a trip to Salisbury

    I could have done with a paddling pool over the past week. It would have helped cool me down. It looks like Anya was having great fun watering the garden. hehehe My grass is looking the same, scorched!
    Aww! Those flowers are lovely. How kind of the parents and children. x

    The grass here is yellow too. The poor cows are having to have hay bales to supplement their grass – they’re not impressed. But our lawn is still green – it gets all the rain runwater from out fields, so I suppose that’s helped. Bet it feels good to have the summer holidays now.
